This painting was inspired by my bee collar chain, and by the fact that it takes the entire U.S. population of bees to activate all the nation’s crops, and these bees get manually moved around in trucks to pollinate. It’s good for bees and butterflies to plant pollinator flowers and provide nearby shade as well.
