This Giorgio Morandi-inspired still life set up by Amy Weiskopf at the Art Students League of New York was painted in oils with a palette knife using titanium white, ultramarine blue, cad lemon, cad orange and cad red. First picture is with night-time light, the other with day lighting. I sort of like how it takes on a rosy glow in the evening. I really should work with oil paint all the time - it’s so luminous.
